Please note: Schools and Institutions must complete the order form above in full and submit it along with an Authorized Purchase Order.  Due to increasing volume of orders, we are no longer able to accept orders without our order form specifying the exact items & quantity.  If you are unable to order online, please mail or fax in the downloadable order form.   

Shopping Instructions:

+ You can indicate multiple quantities after adding an item to your cart.
+ Add or subtract items from the cart at any time before you check out.
+ When you are ready to complete the order, you will be forwarded to a secure server where you will fill in your billing address and credit card number.
+ We will get an email notice of your order. Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery.

-10% All Other Continental U.S. States

*USTerritories, Commonwealths and Affiliates are handled as International Orders--please submit the International Purchase Request for these destinations
