Ordering Outside the U.S.
If your order is being shipped or billed to an address outside the United States, you must complete the International Request for Purchase. You will then receive an Estimate (i.e. quote) for your items + shipping costs. Shipping costs vary based on the destination, estimated weight of goods and box size required. Some countries have size restrictions on boxes that affect overall shipping costs. Once you have paid your Estimate in full, you will receive an invoice marked 'PAID' for your records. We will then proceed with shipment of goods.
Centering on Children makes every effort to ensure that you get your order in a safe and timely manner. You will automatically receive tracking updates from the US Postal Service to the email address you provide us. When the packages arrive at the port of entry, you assume responsibility for tracking packages from the point of entry to their final destination.
Your Estimate will include a link to "Buy Now" via Paypal, using your credit card or bank account in the most secure manner possible. You do not need your own PayPal account to complete payment, as payment is submitted directly into ours.
Centering on Children, Inc. uses the US Postal Service for shipping ShoeboxTasks outside the continental United States. Packages are sent by Air Parcel Post, approximate 10 days delivery to your country. Your country's postal protocol will determine the delivery time thereafter. Due to the high costs for mailing these activities, handling charges are kept to an absolute minimum. You must provide us with a good email address for receiving tracking updates.
The US Postal Service is responsible for goods shipped to the foreign country’s port of entry, from which point your country’s own mail service assumes responsibility for delivering packages to their final destination. You, the customer, will pay for any taxes/fees particular to the country of destination at time of receipt. Please research your country's customs fees before ordering--we have no way of knowing what, if any, fees apply. Packages "unclaimed" due to unpaid customs/taxes are returned to Centering on Children, and you will be responsible for costs of re-shipping the order if you wish to receive it. Submitting the International Request for Purchase indicates that you have read, understand and agree to our International Payment and Shipping Policies.
