USA Customers

Credit card orders are placed through our SHOP and subject to UPS Realtime Shipping Rates. We reserve the right to ship via carriers other than the one you selected during the purchasing process, at no additional cost to you.

Authorized Purchase Orders are accepted from US Schools and Organizations ONLY and are subject to the following shipping rates, provided to us by UPS and based on your order's subtotal and destination:

  • North Carolina - 13% (include County for NC Sales Tax)

  • KS/OK/ND/NE/SD/TX - 19%

  • CO/MT/NM/NV/UT/WY - 21%

  • AZ/CA/ID/OR/WA - 22%

  • AK & HI - 32%

  • All other continental United States - 15%

International Customers (also, APO and US Territories)

Each order is handled individually according to rates and regulations at the time of shipping. The US Postal Service is responsible for goods shipped to the foreign country’s port of entry, from which point your country’s own mail service assumes responsibility for delivering packages to their final destination. You are responsible for payment of any taxes, customs fees or duties levied by your country, at time of receipt. Please research your country's customs fees before ordering--we have no way of knowing what, if any, fees apply. Packages "unclaimed" due to unpaid customs/taxes are returned to Centering on Children, and you will be responsible for costs of reshipping the order if you still wish to receive it.  Product and shipping prices will be in effect for 30 days, except for currency exchange rates which change daily.

Missing or Damaged Items AND Returns

ShoeboxTasks take pride in the products we offer and the service we provide. Your complete satisfaction is our top priority, therefore we guarantee all of merchandise.

Upon receipt of your order, please check through ALL items first to make sure your order shipped complete and everything arrived in good condition. If you did not receive an item ordered or find it damaged upon receipt, or are dissatisfied with any of our products, we will exchange, replace, or credit your account within 30 days of purchase, less shipping costs (note exceptions below*). You may return unused items for a full refund, up to 30 days after purchase and receipt, and assuming said item is in unused condition and with the original packaging.

*Non-returnable exceptions: customized items, special orders, all books and media-related products (CDs, videos, DVDs) and any items that have been used.
